About LISA

LISA is IAS's AI-powered discovery guide — designed to instigate the questions that move people and organizations through structured reflection, insight, and decision-making.

Rather than providing answers, LISA asks the right questions — organizing insights, surfacing gaps, and connecting users to their next right step — turning uncertainty into clarity, and clarity into confident action.

Objective 1 — Contract Pipeline Development

Submit a minimum of 2 proposals per quarter targeting federal and local government contracts, building a consistent and competitive bid pipeline aligned with IAS's certified capabilities and NAICS codes.

Objective 2 — Strategic Teaming

Secure a minimum of 2 teaming agreements with prime contractors by 2027, positioning IAS as a capable, certified, and reliable subcontracting partner in government and commercial markets.

Objective 3 — Certification Compliance

Maintain all business certifications and registrations in active, current status — including SAM.gov and all applicable small business designations — ensuring IAS remains continuously bid-ready and compliant.

Objective 4 — LISA MVP Architecture

Architect and the LISA MVP integrated with the SWVBRC platform by January 2027 as a pilot program, enabling AI-guided discovery and assessment experiences for Veterans navigating the 14-Level Reintegration framework.

Objective 5 — Framework Completion as LISA Blueprint

Complete all 14 Levels of the SWVBRC Reintegration Framework — serving both as a personal business development milestone and as the live proof-of-concept model for LISA integration.

While I contemplated about my industry of interest, I thought about my 4-9 options of life. There are nine industries that are of my interest.

What industry would you recommend, and why? If I leverage technology, do you believe it’s possible to be in more than one industry?

Who am I?

Greetings Community,

Who am I? In order to understand who I am, we must understand the Domain of the Brain concept; please go to page six of the following link so that you may follow along with a visual representation of the Domain of the Brain: http://wherecommunitiesserveveterans.org/resources/Documents/ORIENTATION%20MODELS.pdf. Each box represents a different phase in our thought process. From the moment we wake up in the morning we're in the "C" box, from there we decide to the shower, I hope, and we go into the "B" box. We get to work or into our daily routine and we step into the "I" box. In the "I" box we are inundated with information. After we process that information, we get into the "R" box. In the "R" box we create relationships, and from those relationships we create transactions. After we create our transactions we step into the "A" box. Now, for most it’s not easy stepping outside the "A" box. Stepping outside the "A" Box consists of stepping into the "L" box. In the "L" box, phase, we are learning new ways to get back to the "A" box, and shortly after, you step into the "U" box. In the "U" phase we un-learn what we have learned, in order to learn what we don’t know. We then go into the "R" box where we re-train. Many get comfortable in one box, never completing their cycle. Now that you have an idea of what the Domain of the Brain concept consists of, lets go back to my question, who am I?

At this point in my career, I consider myself to be in the "U" box. I’m un-learning in order to learn what I don’t know. Since I’ve been out of the Marine Corps I’ve realized that the business tempo has shifted into high gear. With information flowing at the speed of light, we have become more efficient. With the right knowledge and technology we are able to complete tasks, twice as fast, now, than 10 years ago. Before joining the Marine Corps, in 2006, I was cold calling to build my prospect list. Now, what began as a past time has become the norm, in the business world; various social media sites are now the go to place to start a network. A resume is nice, but a good reference can seal the deal; what I mean by that is that, if we treat everyone like our first client the word will get out, faster than ever.

It all began one December morning, while I was at my desk my mom asked me if I could accompany her to visit, available, office space. Once there I met a retired Marine who turned out to be the founder of the Southwest Veteran Resource Center. After a few discussions and heated debates about the value of the “Learner” program, I’m here ready to share my thoughts.
